No Problems Reported
The following is an excerpt from a book written by Sanjiv Purba and
Joseph Zucchero, published by McGraw-Hill/Osborne, 2100 Powell Street,
10th Floor, Emeryville, California 94608 U.S.A. Sanjiv has over 20
years of experience managing large projects and many years engaged in
rescuing ailing projects.

"All
nontrivial projects encounter some sort of obstacles or problems at one
time or another. Many of these may be easy to overcome; nevertheless
they do occur. If these are not being reported, the team has either not
dug far enough or is not communicating all the relevant information.
Project managers may want to start detailed walkthroughs of the current
project status and deliverables to ensure that celebration may be in
order upon the completion of key project milestones."
